Do I have to buy a home?

No. The package is a golf vacation either way. You only get it reimbursed if you buy a home through Cabo Cribs.

How does the reimbursement work?

Enter into a purchase agreement for a home through Cabo Cribs during your visit or within three months after your trip ends, then complete the purchase. We reimburse your package after closing, even if closing happens after the three months.

If the purchase does not close, no reimbursement is due.

What does the reimbursement cover?

The amount you paid for the Stay & Play package. It does not cover airfare, extra golf rounds or expenses outside the package.

Is airfare included?

No. You book your own flight to Los Cabos (SJD). The package covers your stay, golf and the home tour.

Can I book for one person?

Packages are for two adults sharing a Grand Studio. Prices are per person, based on double occupancy.

When can I travel?

Year-round, subject to availability. Package prices are the same all year. High season runs January 1 to April 30 and November 1 to December 20, and December 21, 2026 to January 4, 2027 is blacked out.

When do I pay?

Nothing today. After you send your request, an advisor confirms availability and sends your payment link. The package is paid in full upfront, under the booking, cancellation and reimbursement terms we share with your link.
